What if it rains?
Through S-Cruising is an all-weather activity, your Captain may decide to cancel the S-Cruise because of rain and summer thunderstorms. We will work with you reschedule your S-Cruise so you can enjoy the great experience later in better conditions. Just be sure to read our reservation and cancellation policies.

What if I can’t make a S-Cruise that I have ticket for? What’s your Refund Policy?
Sorry, but we don’t offer refunds. In the event of a cancellation by the Captain due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, customers will be given the opportunity to reschedule at no additional fee. If you need to reschedule from the original date booked, contact us but be aware that we have a 48-hour notice policy. Call us anytime before then and we’ll reschedule you at no extra charge. A $50 surcharge is required for a reschedule within 48 hours.

Are beverages served on board?
Your S-Cruise comes with some non-alcoholic choices such as water, soda and juice.

Do you serve alcohol? Can we bring our own?
Alcohol, illegal substances are prohibited onboard of the Smartboat 23.

Do you serve food? Can we bring our own?
We can serve food, contact us at least 48 hours before the cruise. You can bring your own picnic basket.

Is S-Cruising safe?
Don’t worry, Smartboat 23 is very stable. Should the tide or weather brings heavy waves, your Captain may ask you to wear a life jacket.

Should I tip?
Our Captains are professional, US Coast Guard licensed. If you enjoyed your S-Cruise, please tip accordingly!
